Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Acquia sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar. The hotel is located about 40 minutes from the airport.
6:00 - 7:00pm: Welcome Reception - Join us tonight on the Don Fernando Terrace for cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers to kick off the trip!
7:30 - 9:30pm: Optional Small Group Dine Arounds - you will be enjoying dinner with small groups at different restaurants on property! You will be able to opt in or out of these dinners during the registration process.
For those looking for a nightcap, the Don Fernando Lobby bar, Bar de la Calle, and La Cantina Sports Bar are open until 11:00 pm. Head up to the 5th floor for a drink and beautiful view at El Cielo Sky Bar or El Detalle Lounge & Bar, which both stay open until 1:00 AM. For those night owls, the El Deseo Theatre Bar is open on until 3:00 AM.

Acquia will be providing group transport to the airport for those departing today. Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Acquia will be covering all room charges on event dates. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property.
Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
