Upon arrival in Punta Cana, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Acquia sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport.
6:00 - 7:00pm: Welcome Reception - Join us tonight on the Colonial Terrace for cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers to kick off the trip!
7:30 - 9:30pm: Optional Small Group Dine Arounds - you will be enjoying dinner with small groups at different restaurants on property! You will be able to opt in or out of these dinners during the registration process.
For those looking for a nightcap, the Ocean Club & Bar is open until 11:00 PM and Love Bar, located in the main lobby, is open until midnight.
Breakfast On Own. Offered daily from 6:30 - 11:00am at Casa Bella. For those looking a morning coffee or grab and go breakfast, the Coffee Shop is open daily from 7:00am - 11:00pm.
Today is a free day to explore the resort's amenities, beautiful beachfront, and one of the 6 breathtaking pools on site. Bike tours, yoga classes, and merengue dance lessons are perfect for those looking to experience the local culture, while those with a competitive side, can join games of bocce ball, darts, and beach volleyball. Please note that spa services can be booked with a 15% discount.
For those looking to play golf, the Punta Espada Golf Club is an award winning golf course located right on the water with breathtaking views. Tee times can be made with the reservation desk. Please note that transportation to the course is an additional expense and not included in your stay.

Acquia will be providing group transport to the airport for those departing today. Please check your Trip Plans individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Acquia will be covering all room charges on event dates. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
